                               RESOLUTION NO. 19431
                   
                   
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR 
                   OF THE DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES TO 
                   ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH DERTHICK, 
                   HENLEY & WILKERSON TO CONDUCT A SPACE 
                   UTILIZATION STUDY, FOR AN ESTIMATED AMOUNT 
                   OF FIFTY THOUSAND AND NO/100 DOLLARS 
                   ($50,000.00).
                   
                   
                                                     
                   
                   
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Administrator of the Department 
       of General Services be and is hereby authorized to enter into an 
       Agreement with Derthick, Henley & Wilkerson to conduct a space 
       utilization study, for an estimated amount of $50,000.00.
